Playhouse Bar Poster Series

Was recently asked to come up with a concept for a line of posters advertising events at the Playhouse Bar, Norwich. This is a mock-up of what the final layout should look like. Its a simple layout anchored at the bottom of the page with a new image each week taken from their archive or created by bar staff, artists and regulars at the bar. Keeping it black and white, with the blacks just taken down a little, means its cheap to print and photocopy. Using the large space above the text for a different image each month means the posters become a collectible series or a set of artefacts rather than simply advertising. Now also working on a website concept for them as well.

Helped to organise and manage this at The Playhouse Bar, also DJ'ed and designed the poster (total rip-off of the original Jurassic Park Poster)
